One to one counselling starts at £100.00, £130.00 for couples. Per 50min session. EMDR rates are £100 per 50 minute session.

Initial Consultations
You can expect to have a contract set up, time, dates, fee, limits to confidentiality organised. discuss your presenting issue and what you would like from the sessions.
We will also discuss your presenting issue and what you would like from the sessions, how long we feel the work should take; and see if working together will be a good fit.
